Our cancellation policies

Von Riesen Hair Co. requires a credit card to reserve your appointment. New visitors are required a non-refundable deposit for any services. Your online booking will be confirmed with a phone call and a quick consultation to ensure you get the proper stylist for your needs and enough time for your service.

A few days before your appointment, you will receive a text or email reminder to confirm your appointment. We understand busy schedules and unforeseen circumstances cannot be avoided. We will happily cancel or reschedule your appointment within 72 hours’ notice.

If a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours’ notice, your credit card will be charged 50% of the service fee, unless the appointment has been replaced with another guest. Chemical services require a 5 days notification. Missed appointments are subject to the full charge.
